Deep, Relational Therapy for Individuals & Couples
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 30 years of experience helping people heal from deep emotional pain, relational trauma, and long-standing patterns that no longer serve them. My work is grounded in Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP)—a powerful, attachment-based approach that emphasizes emotional safety, transformation, and the healing power of genuine relationship.
Clients often tell me they feel profoundly seen, steadied, and met with compassion in my presence. I bring warmth, clarity, and deep respect for the courage it takes to turn toward one’s inner life.
What It’s Like to Work With Me
Therapy with me is collaborative, emotionally alive, and grounded in trust. I bring my full presence—along with honesty, humor when appropriate, and a deep belief in your capacity to heal. I am both tender and direct, intuitive and grounded, offering a space where meaningful change can unfold.
My Approach
My therapy style is relational, experiential, and emotionally attuned. I help clients slow down, listen inwardly, and work directly with emotions as they arise in the room—because that is where lasting change happens.
Alongside AEDP, I integrate Gestalt therapy, somatic awareness, and decades of clinical wisdom. I am especially skilled at working with complex trauma, attachment wounds, grief, and moments of profound life transition. I hold intense emotional material with steadiness and tenderness, helping clients feel less alone with what they carry.
Work With Individuals & Couples
I have extensive experience working with couples, including those navigating disconnection, betrayal, attachment injuries, and differing emotional needs. I also work deeply with highly sensitive people, creatives, and technology executives who carry high responsibility, internal pressure, and often unseen emotional burdens.
My work supports both emotional depth and practical integration—helping clients not only understand themselves, but live more authentically.
Giving Back
Giving back is an essential part of my professional life. I provide supportive therapy to LGBTQ+ and marginalized communities. Offering pro bono support to Ukrainian therapists is a way I widen my relational care. By supporting the well being of and clinical captivity of therapists, I am also supporting the people in their care. This creates a powerful ripple effect, strengthening the helpers to provide steadiness skill and compassion to those they support.
This work reflects my belief that healing is relational, communal, and deeply human.
